没有你与客户的授权、脱敏和评测，任何内容都不会进入分身或测试集。Without authorization from both you and the client—and without de-identification and evaluation—nothing enters the AI twin or test sets.

你决定分身能回答什么、何时必须转本人；一旦超出边界即拒答。You decide what the AI twin may answer and when it must escalate; outside that boundary, it declines.

合同、收款、服务切换和争议流程由平台处理；当前不收席位费、上架费或月费。Twindoo handles contracts, payments, service switching and dispute workflows. There are currently no seat, listing or monthly fees.

专家协议将明确禁止使用你的资产训练与你直接竞争的分身；分身服务范围与本人服务价格由你参与定义。The expert agreement will prohibit using your assets to train a twin that directly competes with you. You help define the twin's scope and your expert-service price.
我的客户材料会被拿去训练吗？Will client materials be used for training?
默认不会。客户原始材料只服务当前订单；没有记录完整的授权、脱敏与评测，不会进入分身资产或测试集。Not by default. Raw client materials serve only the current order; without recorded authorization, de-identification and evaluation, they do not enter twin assets or test sets.
如果我离开平台，哪些内容可以带走？What can I take with me if I leave?
在专家协议约定范围内，你可导出允许的资产包，包括专家档案、判断规则、评分标准、案例、评测集、策略与模板，并按约定完成退出和删除流程。Within the expert agreement, you can export the permitted asset package — including the expert profile, judgment rules, rubrics, cases, evaluation sets, operating policies and templates — and complete the defined exit and deletion process.
分身答错了怎么办？What happens when the AI twin is wrong?
回答会标注 AI 身份，并保留版本、证据引用与运行日志。对于高风险、不可逆或超出边界的任务，分身将拒答或转交本人；具体责任按服务条款与专家协议处理。Answers are labeled as AI and retain version, evidence references and runtime records. For high-risk, irreversible or out-of-scope work, the twin refuses or escalates to the expert; responsibility is handled under the service terms and expert agreement.
专家分身和普通 AI 助手、数字人有什么不同？How is an expert AI twin different from a generic AI assistant or digital human?
普通 AI 助手基于通用模型即时生成，不保证专业判断；数字人偏形象展示。Twindoo 的专家分身以某位专家的规则、案例与评测为准，只在其批准的边界内回答，超出即转本人——本质是可控、可追溯的专业判断服务，而不是通用聊天或形象克隆。A generic AI assistant runs on a general model with no guarantee of professional judgment; a "digital human" is mostly a visual avatar.
